1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account on the Revitalise Keratin platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional agreements applicable to your account type. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Professional Use Only

The Revitalise Keratin platform and its products are designed exclusively for licensed, professional hair care providers. By registering, you confirm that:

  • You are a qualified hair professional or operate a licensed salon/business
  • Products purchased will be used in a professional salon environment
  • You will not retail or resell products to end consumers without written authorisation
  • You accept responsibility for proper product application per Revitalise training protocols

3. Account Types & Responsibilities

Salon Owners: Full control of salon account, ordering, staff management, and financial records. Responsible for all activity under your salon account.

Salon Managers: Delegated access for day-to-day operations. Activity is tracked and auditable by the salon owner.

Team Members / Staff: Access to education, training, and salon protocols. Cannot place orders.

Distributors: Bulk purchasing and territory management. Subject to the Distributor Agreement.

Sales Representatives: Authorised by Revitalise Keratin to manage client relationships and facilitate orders.

4. Order Responsibility

  • All orders placed on the platform are binding once verified and approved
  • Salon owners are responsible for verifying orders placed on their behalf by sales representatives
  • Order verification codes must be kept confidential and shared only with authorised personnel
  • Revitalise Keratin reserves the right to cancel or modify orders at our discretion

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment must be completed before order dispatch unless credit terms have been agreed in writing
  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and other methods specified on the platform
  • Invoices are generated automatically and attached to each approved order
  • Outstanding balances must be settled within the agreed timeframe
  • Late payments may result in account suspension and future order restrictions

6. Verification Requirements

Certain features require identity and professional verification:

  • Level 1: Email verification — required for basic account access
  • Level 2: Identity verification — required for placing orders
  • Level 3+: Professional certification — required for advanced treatment protocols

Falsifying verification documents or information will result in immediate account termination.

7. Training Requirements

Revitalise Keratin products require proper training for safe and effective use. By purchasing treatment products, you acknowledge that:

  • You have completed or will complete the relevant Revitalise training programme
  • Products must be applied according to official Revitalise protocols
  • Misuse or improper application is solely the responsibility of the user
  • Revitalise Keratin is not liable for damage caused by improper product use

8. Product Liability

  • Products are for professional use only and must be stored according to product guidelines
  • Revitalise Keratin warrants that products meet stated specifications at time of dispatch
  • We are not liable for damage resulting from improper use, storage, or application
  • Any product complaints must be reported within 14 days of receipt

9. Refund Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund
  • Once dispatched, returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect products
  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • Products must be unopened and in original condition for return acceptance
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of return receipt
  • Training and certification fees are non-refundable

10. No Unauthorised Resale

Products purchased through the Revitalise Keratin platform are for professional salon use only. Resale to end consumers, other businesses, or through third-party marketplaces is strictly prohibited without written authorisation from Revitalise Keratin. Breach of this term will result in account termination and potential legal action.

11. Liability Limitations

  • The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted service
  • Revitalise Keratin's total liability is limited to the value of the relevant order
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
  • We are not responsible for third-party service disruptions (payment processors, email providers, etc.)

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Breach of these Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent activity or falsified information
  • Unauthorised resale of products
  • Non-payment of outstanding invoices
  • Misuse of the platform or harassment of other users
  • Any activity that damages the Revitalise Keratin brand

Upon termination, access to the platform will be revoked immediately. Outstanding financial obligations remain enforceable.

13. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, training materials, product formulations, and platform design are the intellectual property of Revitalise Keratin. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved through the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise agreed for users based in Nigeria, where local arbitration may apply.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Distributor Agreement (Nigeria)

Applicable to all Distributor accounts operating in Nigeria

1. Pricing Control

  • Distributors must adhere to the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) set by Revitalise Keratin
  • Pricing to end-salon customers must not exceed or undercut the published professional pricing
  • Any promotional pricing must be pre-approved in writing by Revitalise Keratin management
  • Violation of pricing controls will result in termination of the distribution agreement

2. Territory Rights

  • Distributors are assigned specific geographic territories within Nigeria
  • Distribution activity must be limited to the assigned territory
  • Territory exclusivity is granted on a performance-dependent basis
  • Revitalise Keratin reserves the right to reassign territories if minimum performance targets are not met

3. Minimum Order Quantities

  • Distributors must meet the minimum quarterly order requirements as specified in their agreement
  • Initial activation requires a minimum stock order as determined by the assigned territory
  • Failure to meet minimum order quantities for two consecutive quarters may result in territory reassignment

4. Branding Rules

  • All marketing and promotional materials must be approved by Revitalise Keratin
  • The Revitalise Keratin brand identity, logo, and trademarks must be used according to brand guidelines
  • Distributors may not alter product packaging, labels, or branding in any way
  • Social media and online promotion must align with official brand messaging

5. Training Requirements

  • All distributor staff must complete the Revitalise Keratin product knowledge programme
  • Distributors are required to provide or facilitate training for salon clients within their territory
  • In-salon demonstrations and certification must follow official Revitalise protocols
  • Training records must be maintained and available for audit by Revitalise Keratin

6. Stock Management

  • Products must be stored in appropriate conditions as specified in product documentation
  • Expired or damaged stock must be reported immediately
  • Distributors are responsible for stock insurance within their territory

7. Termination

This distribution agreement may be terminated by either party with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination may occur for breach of pricing controls, unauthorised territory expansion, brand misuse, or any action that damages the Revitalise Keratin reputation.
